3. Plumbing repairs, faucet and fixture replacements

4. Minor electrical repairs and light fixture installation (where legally permitted)

5. Drywall repair, patching, painting, and finishing

6. Door, lock, window, and cabinet repairs

7. Carpentry, wood repairs, and trim installation

8. Furniture assembly and installation

9.  Payment: Processing within 24–48 hours after completed jobs, according to agreed terms. Earnings depend on job availability, scope, and completed work.
