Job Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of home repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and minor electrical work.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in residential and light commercial properties.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and technical instructions.
- Ensure all work meets company and industry standards for quality and safety.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, respecting customers’ homes and property.
- Complete projects efficiently and within designated timeframes.
- Follow company policies, safety protocols, and OSHA guidelines.
- Use mobile technology (CRM software) to track work orders, update job status, and submit reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in general home repairs, handyman services, or construction.
- Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation with the ability to carry basic tools and materials.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
