What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a crew on hardscape projects
- Execute high-end patios, walls, walkways, and custom outdoor spaces
- Work with materials like pavers, natural stone, and concrete
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and safety on job sites
- Operate company equipment and oversee proper usage
- Communicate with team and maintain professional job sites
Compensation:
- up to $36/hour (based on experience)
- Overtime available
- End-of-year bonus
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of hardscape / masonry experience
- Leadership experience managing crews
- Strong knowledge of pavers, stone, and concrete work
- Reliable, professional, and structured work style
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Valid driver's license
