Warehouse Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Location: Hatfield, PA (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Position Overview

Turn 14 Distribution is searching for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our 2nd shift warehouse operations in Hatfield, PA. This role will play a critical part in supporting our growing operation by providing frontline leadership, driving productivity, maintaining quality standards, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of Warehouse Leads and Associates while ensuring daily operational goals are met safely and efficiently. This position requires a hands-on leader who can motivate a team, make effective decisions, and help create a culture focused on performance, accountability, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and provide leadership to a team of 1-2 Warehouse Leads and 10-20 Warehouse Associates.
  • Ensure accurate and timely approval of employee timesheets through Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and provide meaningful performance feedback.
  • Monitor attendance, address performance concerns, and prepare corrective action when needed.
  • Maintain advanced operational knowledge in at least two warehouse departments and be accountable for performance within those areas.
  • Ensure successful shift preparation by arriving with enough time to receive operational updates and pass-down information from departing supervisors.
  • Communicate operational challenges and updates with cross-functional departments, including Customer Support, Accounting, and other internal teams.
  • Ensure daily completion of 5S standards to maintain an organized, safe, and efficient work environment.
  • Utilize operational reports to evaluate labor needs and effectively manage staffing demands.
  • Promote a safe work environment while reinforcing company policies, procedures, and productivity expectations.
  • Lead by example while supporting employee development, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 2-5 years of leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, hospitality, retail, construction, or a related industry.
  • Previous experience leading and developing hourly employees in a fast-paced environment.
  • Order Picker and Forklift certified, or the ability to successfully complete certification training.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Ability to apply and reinforce Turn 14 Distribution's Core Values within daily operations.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-performing team focused on achieving goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound judgment calls and effectively resolve workplace conflicts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
