HBCI Program DirectorHome-Based Crisis Intervention Program | Full-Time, ExemptSalary: $70,000, commensurate with experienceAbout the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Licensed Mental Health Professional to lead and supervise our Home-Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) Program. As Program Director, you'll guide a clinical team delivering crisis intervention services to children, youth, and families in their homes - providing clinical supervision, case direction, and hands-on field support while ensuring the program meets OMH regulations and professional standards. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines clinical oversight, staff development, and program administration, with occasional short-term case coverage to keep care continuous.What You'll DoProvide clinical and administrative supervision to HBCI staff, including case consultation, side-by-side field contacts, and coaching.Lead clinical team meetings, case conferences, and high-risk case reviews.Set program direction, monitor performance data, and drive quality improvement.Oversee referrals, admissions, caseloads, and program capacity to ensure timely access to care.Ensure compliance with OMH regulations, Mental Hygiene Law, and agency policy, including incident reporting.Serve as the primary liaison to LGUs, SPOA committees, funders, and community partners.Manage hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and day-to-day operations for clinical and support staff.What You BringCurrent NYS licensure as an LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, Licensed Psychologist, or other OMH-recognized LMHP.5+ years providing mental health services to children, youth, and families in a behavioral health, crisis, or related setting.Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision, staff development, and program leadership.Comfort with a fast-paced, onsite role requiring regular community-based travel (not remote).Valid NYS driver's license and reliable transportation.Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to pass required background clearances (NYS Justice Center, OCFS).Ready to lead a program that keeps families together in moments of crisis?
