HC Product Owner

Must Have's:
• Healthcare domain knowledge
• PO/BA experience (preferably with Health Plans/Health Insurance clients)
• Agile/ Scrum


JD: Deep understanding of the Health Care industry, and customer needs.
Ability to align product vision with business goals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to clearly articulate requirements and priorities to stakeholders and development teams.
Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Building trust and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
Gathering and prioritizing feedback effectively.
Managing expectations and ensuring transparency.
Expertise in creating and maintaining a well-prioritized product backlog.
Writing clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria.
Deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum ceremonies.
Ability to work in iterative development cycles.
Experience with frameworks like SAFe
Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
Balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
Managing dependencies and risks effectively.
People with product owner mind set, who can interact with Business , define product vision and able to provide direction to the development team
Should be an individual performer and able to take strategic decisions
