The Role
Oversee the a la carte dining onsite on part-time basis
This is a retirement village not a residential aged care facility. Doncaster, VIC, location.
Responsible for stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring, training
Liaise with the client and other key stakeholders
Create and maintain nutritional menus with a focus on healthy eating
The Person
Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
Previous kitchen management experience in a similar role
Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
Police Check holder or be willing to obtain this check
