What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
• Create and maintain nutritious menus with a focus on healthy eating
• Manage stock control, ordering and budgets
• Lead rostering, training and team development
• Mentor and support kitchen team members
• Liaise with residents, clients and key stakeholders
• Maintain HACCP, food safety and compliance standards

What You'll Bring

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum)
• Previous Head Chef, Sous Chef or kitchen leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and infection control
• Experience with rostering, stock control and budget management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
