What Youll Do

• Lead high-energy, dynamic group sessions following BFTs elite training system.
• Coach, mentor, and support a team of trainers, setting the bar for performance and professionalism.
• Deliver expert coaching across strength, cardio, and functional sessions, modifying as needed to meet all fitness levels.
• Create an exceptional member experience, building lasting relationships and cultivating a results-driven culture.
• Collaborate with ownership and studio management to ensure program quality, staff development, and community engagement.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new coaches to maintain studio excellence.
• Maintain high safety, cleanliness, and energy standards during all sessions.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of group fitness or personal training experience
• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM or similar)
• CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate individuals and teams
• Deep understanding of biomechanics, program design, and performance coaching
• Availability to coach sessions between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including flexible weekend coverage
