Schedule & Availability

Were looking for someone available to lead during key times:

• MondayThursday: 3:45 PM 7:45 PM

• Friday: 4:00 PM 6:00 PM

• Saturdays (12/month): 6:45 AM 10:45 AM

Your Core Responsibilities

• Coach Signature BFT Workouts: Deliver top-tier, science-driven classes that challenge, engage, and excite clients of all fitness levels.

• Drive Membership Sales: Manage first impressions, follow up on leads, and confidently convert prospects into loyal members.

• Foster a Strong Community: Create a motivating and inclusive atmosphere that keeps members coming back.

• Lead by Example: Collaborate with the team to elevate the member experience and maintain a smooth, high-energy studio environment.

• Be the Brand: Represent BFT with enthusiasm, professionalism, and consistency in every interaction.

What Were Looking For

• Certified & Credentialed: NASM, ACE, ISSA, or similar current certification required.

• Experienced Group Coach: Proven success leading group fitness sessions with diverse skill levels.

• Sales-Oriented: Comfortable guiding prospects and closing memberships with integrity and confidence.

• Natural Leader: A coach who motivates, mentors, and inspires both members and teammates.

• High-Energy & Personable: You thrive in front of a crowd, build relationships easily, and bring positive energy to every class.
