    Reports To: Fitness Manager

    Summary

    The Head Fitness Coach is a leadership position that is responsible for creating a positive, high energy and a respectful studio environment. They must have the ability to coach and lead the personal training staff in a dynamic and inspirational manner, which is a key component of this position.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for managing all aspects of the OTF fitness staff using the OTF business model.

    • Hires, trains and educates new coaches on using the OTF business model.

    • Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of equipment and training floor.

    • Assists SM for marketing, community outreach and studio in-reach to grow the business.

    • Responsible for increasing and maintaining OTF attendance, retaining current clients and achieving monthly revenue goals.

    • Responsible for managing and maintaining training schedules- Daily, Weekly and Monthly as well as management of the MBO system.

    • Responsible for follow-up communication with new, current and former OTF studio clients.

    • Monitors, reviews and directs the coaching staff on program design and lesson plans.

    • Conducts monthly coach meetings and attends all relative mandatory webinars and other requested corporate meetings as required.

    • Coaches, mentors and monitors performance of coaches.

    • Handles member concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of finding a resolution.

    • Leads and instructs a minimum of 15 OTF training sessions per week including weekends if needed, as instructed by the Fitness Manager and Studio Manager.

    • Leads and assists Sales Associates with OTF studio tours/sales with new prospects while staying current with membership pricing.

    • Maintains current and active employee files with CPR cards, fitness certifications and employee trainings for audit by Fitness Manager.

    • Attend weekly meetings with the Fitness Manger, Studio Manager and Asst. Studio Managers to ensure studio goals are being met.
