Responsibilities Shall include but are not limited to the following:Attend meetings as neededFollow directives (written, oral, electronic)Regular use of school emailGeneral Cook assignmentsPrepares and cooks a variety of foodBakes cakes, pies, rolls, and a variety of other pastriesCuts, cleans and dresses meat, fish, and poultrySupervises the proper storage of foodSupervises the work of Food Service Helpers in the preparation of food and the cleaning of tables, kitchen utensils, stoves, and equipmentKeeps simple related recordsPrepares production schedulesDoes quality assurance monitoringOther assigned duties and/or responsibilities which may be deemed appropriate by the supervisors.Maintain Data Security as applicable.Maintain confidentiality with staff, students, and family information.Operate in a respectful, responsible mannerReports to: Director of Food Services Salary: Minimum starting salary $16.98 (negotiable based on experience) as per the Civil Service Employees Association agreement.
