    Strong Start Early Care & Education is hiring experienced Infant Teachers to join our high-quality early childhood program around Danbury and Norwalk, CT.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide safe, nurturing, and responsive care for infants
    • Plan and implement curriculum aligned with CT Early Learning & Development Standards
    • Support infants' social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
    • Communicate daily with parents (updates, reports, conferences)
    • Follow all licensing regulations and NAEYC standards
    • Work collaboratively with the teaching team and leadership

    Requirements

    • 1+ years of infant classroom experience (required)
    • 1+ years in early childhood education (required)
    • Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
    • Knowledge of infant development and best practices
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

    Schedule

    • Full-time
    • Monday–Friday
    • 8-hour shifts
