Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, nurturing, and responsive care for infants
Plan and implement curriculum aligned with CT Early Learning & Development Standards
Support infants' social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment
Communicate daily with parents (updates, reports, conferences)
Follow all licensing regulations and NAEYC standards
Work collaboratively with the teaching team and leadership
Requirements
1+ years of infant classroom experience (required)
1+ years in early childhood education (required)
Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
Knowledge of infant development and best practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
