21North, an upscale-casual restaurant located in the heart of Medfield, MA, is looking for two experienced and motivated Head Line Cooks to join our kitchen team.

We re looking for strong, dependable cooks who take pride in their craft, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand what it takes to consistently execute high-quality food during a busy service. The ideal candidates will have solid line-cooking experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example while maintaining our standards for quality, consistency, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute a station during service while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, specifications, and 21North standards.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.

Communicate effectively with the Expeditor, other members of the kitchen team and the FOH Manager

Assist with prep and ensure all stations are properly stocked and ready for service.

Monitor food quality, portioning, presentation, and ticket times throughout service.

Help train and support other line cooks and kitchen staff.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous line-cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Strong knowledge of professional kitchen operations and cooking techniques.

Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Dependability, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

Ability to stay calm and focused during busy services.

A commitment to quality, consistency, and hospitality.

Leadership experience is a plus.
