PositionSummary

TheHeadofData,AI,andDigitalEnablementisaseniorleadershiproleresponsiblefor advancing enterprise data, AI, and digital platform strategy—spanning data governance, analytics, sales technology, and corporate systems.

ThisroleconsolidatesthefunctionalresponsibilitiesoftheformerHeadofData,Analytics,and AI andHeadof Enterprise Systems positions. It integratesfirmwideleadership of data and AI initiatives with direct ownership of Salesforce, Sitecore, MarTech, and related enterprise platforms that support sales, marketing, distribution, and corporate functions.

The successful candidate will design and lead a modern, cloud-based data and digital ecosystem grounded in governance, quality, and automation—enabling scalable insight, AI-drivendecision-making,andenhancedclientengagementacrossInspereX’sCapitalMarkets, Institutional Sales, Distribution, and Wealth divisions.

ScopeofResponsibilities

1.  Data,Analytics,andAI(Enterprise-WideLeadership)

 ·        Leadthefirm’senterprisedatastrategy,analyticscapabilities,andreportingframework, ensuring full alignment with business priorities across Capital Markets, Institutional Sales, and Wealth.

·        Establishandoverseeacomprehensivedatagovernance,quality,andstewardship

programtoensuredataaccuracy,integrity,and accountabilityacrossbusinessdomains.

·        Build and maintain a modern cloud-based data architecture leveraging Azure, Snowflake,PowerBI,APIs,andmicroservicestoenableanalytics,automation,and scalability.

·        Overseereferencedata,metadatamanagement,andmasterdataintegration for consistent and trusted enterprise-wide data assets.

·        Serve as the central AI and machine learning leader, embedding intelligenceintoworkflows,dataplatforms,anddecisionprocessesenterprise-wide.

·        Advancepredictiveanalyticsandautomationtoenhanceclientengagement,sales effectiveness, and operational efficiency.

·        PartneracrossbusinesslinestoaccelerateadoptionofAI,includingGenAI-driven productivity, personalization, and process automation.

·        PromoteResponsibleAIpracticesandcompliancewithFINRA,SEC,andSOC regulatory frameworks.

·        DrivetheevolutionofBIandvisualizationcapabilities(PowerBI,Tableau)topromote data democratization and self-service analytics.

 

2.  Sales,Marketing,andCorporateSystems

 ·        OverseeSalesforce,Sitecore,MarTech,andrelatedenterprisesystemssupportingsales, marketing, distribution, and corporate functions.

·        Managedigitalportals,microsites,andCRMintegrationstosupportrevenuegrowth, client experience, and brand consistency.

·        PartnerwithSales,Distribution,andMarketingleadershiptoenabledata-driven targeting, campaign analytics, and client engagement insights.

·        IntegrateAIandanalyticsintosalesworkflowstoimprovesegmentation,leadscoring, cross-sell opportunities, and advisor productivity.

·        Driveadoptionofautomation,workfloworchestration,andlow-code/no-codesolutions (Power Apps, RPA) to streamline sales and marketing processes.

·        StrengthenCRMcapabilitiesanddigitalcollaborationtoolsacrossinstitutionalsales, distribution, and wealth channels.

·        Ensurecohesivearchitectureandintegrationbetweenclient-facingsystemsandcoredata platforms under the OneTech model.

 

3.  EnterpriseandCorporateSystems

 ·        ProvidestrategicoversightforenterpriseapplicationssupportingFinance,HR,Legal,and Operations, ensuring consistent data integration and workflow efficiency.

·        Partnerwithfunctionalleaderstomodernizecoresystems,streamlineprocesses,and improve user experience through automation and shared data services.

·        Maintainaresilient, scalable,andsecuretechnologyenvironmentconsistent with

InspereX’sregulatoryandbusinesscontinuitystandards.

 

4.  LeadershipandExecution

 ·        Build,lead,andmentorhigh-performingteamsacrossdataengineering,analytics,AI, and enterprise applications.

·        Collaboratewithseniorbusinessandtechnologyleaderstodefineandtrackmeasurable KPIs for data quality, AI adoption, and digital enablement success.

·        Provensuccesssupportinginstitutionalsales,distribution,andwealthmanagement technology platforms.

·        Deepexpertiseindatagovernance,qualitymanagement,stewardship,andcloud-based data architectures.

·        StrongtechnicalproficiencyinSalesforce,Sitecore,MarTechplatforms,Snowflake,and Power BI.

·        Demonstratedsuccessimplementingreferencedataandmetadatamanagement frameworks in regulated environments.

·        Hands-onexperiencewithmoderndataarchitecturesincludingdatalakes,APIs,and microservices.

·        Provenrecordofdeliveringenterprise-scaleAI/MLintegrationintoworkflowsandclient engagement platforms.

·        Knowledgeof regulatory andcompliancestandards(FINRA,SEC,SOC,NIST).

·        Exceptionalcommunicationandexecutivestakeholdermanagementskills. 

·        Bachelor’sdegreeinComputerScience,InformationSystems,orrelatedfieldrequired;
