    • Proven experience scaling engineering organizations in a manufacturing, aerospace, aviation, industrial technology, or similarly complex technical environment.
    • Demonstrated success leading new product development and bringing products from concept to commercialization.
    • Strong understanding of systems engineering, product development processes, and engineering project management.
    • Experience managing engineering budgets, resource allocation, and organizational growth.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
    • Track record of building high-performing teams and developing future leaders.

    Preferred Experience

    • Experience within highly regulated industries.
    • Exposure to certification, compliance, or safety-critical product development environments.
    • Experience supporting rapid organizational growth and operational scaling initiatives.
    • Familiarity with modern engineering tools, digital transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement methodologies.

    Success Measures

    • Achievement of product development milestones and strategic engineering objectives.
