Title: Head of Engineering (Confidential – High-Growth AI Startup)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite/Hybrid)

Salary Range: $190000 – $250000 / Year + Equity + Performance Bonus

We are partnering with a high-growth, AI company building a cutting-edge, data science-driven platform that helps B2C organizations better understand user behavior and drive revenue outcomes.

This is a key leadership hire responsible for owning and scaling the engineering organization, including Data, Software, and Platform teams.

What You’ll Do

• Lead engineering strategy and execution across Data, Software, and Platform teams
• Partner with AI/ML teams to bring predictive models into production
• Build and scale infrastructure supporting an advanced AI platform
• Drive hiring efforts to significantly grow the engineering organization
• Establish best practices across architecture, security, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in high-growth environments
• Strong background in platform, infrastructure, or data engineering
• Experience deploying AI/ML models into production
• Ability to scale both teams and systems effectively
• Hands-on, execution-oriented leadership style
