Job Details

We are seeking a bold, strategic, and highly influential Head of Human Resources to serve as a key member of the leadership team and trusted advisor to the President and executive leadership. This is not a traditional HR leadership role. We are looking for a transformational HR executive who can drive organizational change, challenge conventional thinking, influence business strategy, and help position the company for continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the President and executive leadership team.
  • Lead and develop the HR function, including a team of HR professionals and safety personnel.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent strategy, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Lead change management efforts, organizational restructures, and business transformation projects.
  • Challenge leadership thinking and provide candid, business-focused recommendations that support company growth and performance.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and results.
  • Partner with leaders to identify organizational gaps and implement solutions that improve performance and scalability.
  • Develop and execute initiatives that attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Drive recruiting strategy and workforce planning to meet current and future business needs.

Required Experience:
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, construction, or similar operational environments.
  • Experience leading HR teams and developing HR professionals.
  • Experience supporting organizations with 150-200+ employees.
  • Demonstrated success partnering directly with executive leadership and influencing business strategy.
  • Proven track record leading organizational change, restructuring, culture transformation, or high-growth initiatives.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of a growing organization, influence executive decision-making, and create lasting impact across the business. You'll have a seat at the leadership table, the authority to drive change, and the opportunity to build a people strategy that directly supports organizational success.
