Head of Human Resources (HR)
Salary: $75,000 per year
Hours: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM
A prominent ABA company is seeking a dynamic and organized Head of HR to oversee and manage the companys human resources operations. This role is responsible for supporting employees, maintaining HR policies and procedures, overseeing onboarding and credentialing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Manage and coordinate employee credentialing and compliance requirements
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Support employee relations and address HR-related concerns professionally and confidentially
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Utilize and manage ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms effectively
- Assist leadership with HR planning and organizational support
- Promote a positive and professional workplace culture
- Track HR-related documentation and ensure accuracy and organization
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources or HR management
- Strong knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platforms
- Experience with employee onboarding and credentialing processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee relations
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
