Description
- Define and execute the organization's people strategy, aligning talent initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Partner directly with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and business transformation initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to senior leaders on employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, talent management, and organizational development.
- Lead company-wide initiatives related to performance management, employee development, compensation, and culture.
- Oversee employee relations matters, investigations, and complex workplace issues across multiple locations.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, programs, and best practices that create consistency across all locations.
- Support recruitment strategy and talent acquisition processes for key leadership and business-critical positions.
- Partner closely with site HR teams and operational leadership to address workforce needs and drive business performance.
- Lead change management initiatives as the organization continues to scale and evolve.
- Oversee HR compliance, risk management, and adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations.
- Utilize workforce analytics, HR metrics, and organizational insights to drive strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage and develop the HR team while promoting a high-performance people organization.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including senior HR leadership experience.
- Experience leading HR within a multi-site manufacturing, food manufacturing, consumer products, industrial, or similarly complex operating environment.
- Proven track record partnering with executive leadership on organizational strategy, workforce planning, and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong employee relations experience, including conducting investigations and managing complex workforce issues.
- Demonstrated experience leading talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness programs.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting both operational/manufacturing and corporate populations.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience utilizing HR metrics and workforce data to drive decisions.
- Experience within high-growth or evolving organizations is highly preferred.
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar HR certification is a plus.
- Spanish and/or French language skills are a plus.
Job Offer
- Base salary: $140K - $150K
