HumanHire has been retained to support a leading wealth management platform with more than $50B in client assets and a national network of advisors to find a Head of Strategy to shape the firm's growth agenda alongside the CEO and executive committee. This leader will set enterprise priorities, drive the advisor economics that fuel recruiting and retention, and help integrate a steady pipeline of acquired firms as the platform scales. The Head of Strategy will sit at the center of the business, working across distribution, product, finance, and operations to turn the firm's growth plan into results.
