Define and execute the Enterprise Business Operations growth strategy for Banking, Capital Markets, Payments, and Wealth Management clients, owning revenue, TCV, pipeline, and market expansion.

Build trusted relationships with CXOs, Heads of Operations, Shared Services leaders, regulators, advisors, and financial services ecosystem stakeholders.

Own end-to-end sales and pursuit leadership from opportunity origination through qualification, solutioning, pricing, negotiation, governance, and contract closure.

Advise clients on Finance transformation across RTR, PTP, OTC, FP&A, Treasury Operations, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Controls, and Shared Services modernization.

Drive operational transformation across KYC/AML, customer onboarding, middle office, back office, compliance operations, procurement, and intelligent operations using AI and automation.

Collaborate with consulting, domain, solutioning, pricing, transition, and delivery teams to create differentiated propositions focused on cost reduction, controls, resilience, and business outcomes.

Strong CXO and industry stakeholder network across BFS clients, regulators, advisors, analysts, fintech ecosystem partners, and shared services leaders.

Deep understanding of BFS operating models, regulatory environment, risk controls, Finance, HR, Procurement, Customer Operations, and global delivery models.

Proven track record of originating and closing large transformation, outsourcing, managed services, and multi-tower Enterprise opportunities.

Salary Range: $300,000 - $375,000 a year
