Head Softball Coach

Leads the overall management of the Lexington Senior High School Softball program. Primary responsibilities include planning and running practices, developing game strategies, recruiting within the school system, and managing the program's budget. Head Coaches supervise assistant coaches, monitor student-athletes' academic progress, and ensure strict compliance with the NCHSAA and PAC-7 Conference. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a proven ability to resolve conflicts and mentor young athletes.
