Primary Purpose:
To support a program-wide culture that promotes children's social and emotional well-being, to provide supports for effective classroom management and positive learning environments, and to facilitate mental health consultation, including access to resources and services.

Education/Certification:
Special Knowledge/Skills
Clear, effective written and verbal communication
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to interact with diverse populations of various ages in various settings
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of early childhood development
Knowledge of counseling/mental health procedures
Proficiency with a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office products
