Head Strength and Conditioning Coach (Fall)

Position: Head Strength and Conditioning Coach (Fall) Reports to: Athletic Director Salary: As per FEA Teacher Contract Position Type: August 24, 2026 - November 26, 2026 Location: Franklin High School Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning and leading a six-week strength-and-conditioning program for Franklin High School out-of-season athletes.
• The program will focus on developing strength, speed, power, mobility, conditioning, and proper movement mechanics.
• Designing and conducting workouts
• Teaching proper exercise technique
• Maintaining a safe training environment
• Helping athletes develop positive training habits and accountability
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
