The Health System Account Executive (HSAE) is responsible for driving strategic engagement and execution within assigned Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), health systems, and community-based hospitals. The HSAE plays a critical role in supporting Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) patient journey, including readiness for adoption and operationalization of anti-amyloid therapies.This role focuses on system-level problem solving, cross-functional coordination, and advancing infrastructure that supports early diagnosis, pathway development, and continuity of care. The HSAE operates with a consultative, matrixed mindset and partners closely with internal stakeholders to execute against health system priorities.Key Responsibilities

Eisai Salary Transparency Language:
The annual base salary range for the Health System Account Executive (HSAE) (California) is from :$175,100-$229,800Under current guidelines, this position is eligible to participate in : Eisai Inc. Annual Incentive Plan & Eisai Inc. Long Term Incentive Plan.Final pay determinations will depend on various factors including but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, and skills.
