Job Description
- Manage healthcare construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and address issues to maintain timelines and budget goals.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project life cycle.
- Coordinate with procurement teams for materials and equipment sourcing.

The Successful Applicant
- Ground up healthcare experience
- Experience with managing construction projects in the healthcare sector.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
