| Job Summary: |
Join ADCRR as a Healthcare Coordinator (Program Evaluation Specialist) and play a vital role in improving healthcare across Arizona’s correctional system. In this dynamic position, you’ll monitor contracted healthcare services, review medical records and contracts, conduct quality assurance audits, and ensure care meets federal and state requirements, ADCRR policies, and NCCHC Standards.
Working closely with healthcare vendors and facility operations, you’ll analyze information, identify opportunities for improvement, and help strengthen the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of care provided to incarcerated individuals. This role is ideal for a skilled evaluator, problem-solver, and collaborator who is ready to make a meaningful, system-wide impact. Because healthcare oversight doesn’t always follow a traditional schedule, occasional observation of vendor activities outside normal business hours may be required.
