ABOUT THE ROLEA global professional services organization is seeking an experienced recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across its Healthcare team. This role is focused specifically on the Epic talent market and will partner with hiring managers to build qualified pipelines, execute targeted sourcing strategies, and support a strong candidate experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing and initial screening through offer and close.
- Recruit qualified professionals for Epic healthcare opportunities.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies using outreach, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated Epic hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and candidate profiles.
- Manage multiple searches and hiring priorities simultaneously.
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines, recruiting activity, and market conditions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Communicate consistently with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the process.
- Deliver a responsive, professional candidate experience from initial contact through close.
