Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Healthcare Recruiter to The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals in various healthcare facilities. This is a full-time, commission based position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events

- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific positions

- Utilize applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidate information and progress

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to effectively compete for top talent

- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved

- Knowledge of various recruitment techniques and tools, including social media and job boards

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

- Knowledge of healthcare industry and job requirements preferred
