Job Description
- Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Manage jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule performance
- Oversee daily field operations and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate inspections and ensure code compliance
- Work closely with Project Managers and Operations leadership
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, healthcare staff, and trade partners
- Monitor productivity and proactively resolve field issues
- Lead punch-list and project closeout activities
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Healthcare construction experience required
- Experience managing projects up to approximately $7M
- Ground-up construction experience preferred
- Renovation and occupied-facility experience strongly preferred
- Healthcare or life sciences project experience highly preferred
- Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
- Stable career history with demonstrated tenure
- Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and maintain project quality
