Healthcare Superintendent - Local Phoenix Projects

Glimpse of your role:

• Oversee day‑to‑day field operations on large commercial projects, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan
• Act as the on‑site leader and primary liaison for clients, design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors while upholding quality standards
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment, while managing RFIs, field directives, and change impacts using modern construction technology
• Work directly with company leadership to bring new ideas to the table
• Collaborate closely with project managers, estimating, and procurement teams during preconstruction and throughout the build to drive continuous improvement
• Report directly into the Healthcare General Superintendent.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-5+ years of healthcare and life science project experience, including ground-up new construction.
• Proven ability to run projects valued at $20M+ while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients
• Self Perform experience
• Strucutral steel, concrete, masonry, finishing , dry wall exp
• Autonomous individual
• Really strong with building and adhering to schedule
• Occupied space and ground up experience
