My client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects in the Greenville, NC market. Description

• Manage all on-site construction activities from project start through closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field staff, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain project schedules while ensuring quality, safety, and budget objectives are met.
• Lead site logistics, daily planning, and progress tracking efforts.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, building codes, and client requirements.
• Foster strong communication between field teams, project managers, and clients.
• Deliver successful healthcare, commercial, or institutional construction projects.

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
• Experience leading projects valued up to approximately $7M.
• Proven track record of stable employment and project execution.
• Healthcare construction experience strongly preferred.
• Life sciences project experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with renovation, upfit, and/or ground-up construction projects.
• Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to drive project safety, quality, and production goals.
