Heavy Civil Superintendent - WWTP

Heavy Civil Superintendent - Water & Wastewater Treatment Plants Our client, an established heavy civil contractor in Ohio, is hiring a Superintendent to run water and wastewater treatment plant projects. You will own the field side of the job from mobilization through closeout, leading crews and subcontractors on concrete structures, process piping, and plant upgrades and expansions. Responsibilities - Run daily field operations on WWTP and water treatment projects - Plan and sequence concrete, yard piping, process piping and equipment installation work - Lead foremen, crews and subcontractors, and set daily and weekly goals - Build and maintain look-ahead schedules with the project manager - Track production, quantities, labor and equipment against budget - Coordinate with owners, engineers, inspectors and municipalities - Enforce safety on site and keep daily reports and documentation current - Keep plants operational during upgrades through careful phasing and tie-ins Qualifications - 5+ years of superintendent or senior field leadership experience in heavy civil construction - Water or wastewater treatment plant experience strongly preferred - Comfortable reading civil, structural and process drawings and specs - Strong scheduling, planning and crew management skills - OSHA 30 preferred - Valid driver's license Compensation - Competitive salary based on experience - Benefits that include health, dental and vision - 401k with company match - PTO and paid holidays - Room to grow with a stable, long-term contractor Send resume to mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com for more information
