A day in the shop: keep critical machines moving

When the sun comes up over Williston, ND, you’ll be hands-on with one of the newest heavy equipment fleets in the industry. From aerial lifts to earthmovers, you’ll troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems—backed by our in-house T3 technology that helps pinpoint issues fast so you can focus on turning wrenches, not guessing.

Location: Williston, ND
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM · Overtime after 40 hours · On-call rotation with additional pay

What you'll tackle

• Independently diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment
• Use schematics and diagnostic software to isolate faults quickly and accurately
• Document all work in T3 using a laptop/tablet—every day, every job
• Pitch in on equipment and parts pick-up/delivery as needed
• Guide and mentor junior technicians on best practices

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with heavy equipment, aerial lifts, or diesel systems
• Your own technician toolset
• Ability to read/interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
• Working knowledge of electrical and hydraulic diagnostics
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record; 21+ to operate company vehicles

Nice to have

• Trade school or OEM certifications
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements
• Experience across multiple manufacturers
