Heavy Equipment Lube Technician

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable Lube Technician to join a growing equipment service team. This is a hands-on position supporting the maintenance and service of a variety of equipment. The ideal candidate is reliable, willing to learn, and takes pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine lubrication and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance or service issues
• Assist experienced technicians with service and repair work
• Perform basic maintenance and service tasks as assigned
• Help maintain an organized and safe shop environment
• Follow proper safety and service procedures
• Support the team with additional shop duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous hands-on mechanical or equipment experience preferred
• Experience with heavy equipment, construction equipment, or related machinery is a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and dependable work habits
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with a team
• Ability to learn how to operate the equipment being serviced

Schedule

• Four 10-hour shifts
• Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
• Overtime may be available based on business needs
