We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to
join our team in Lockport, NY. The ideal Technician will have a strong
background in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of construction and agricultural equipment,
ensuring machinery safety and efficiency.
<\/p>
<\/p>
Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Diagnose and repair various types of heavy
equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, asphalt equipment, AG tractors, harvest equipment etc.
<\/span><\/li> - Perform routine maintenance and preventive
services on heavy equipment to ensure optimal performance.
<\/span><\/li> - Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and
hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
<\/span><\/li> - Conduct thorough inspections to identify and
address potential problems before they lead to equipment failure.
<\/span><\/li> - Maintain a clean and organized work environment,
adhering to safety standards and protocols.
<\/span><\/li> - Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs
performed.
<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>- Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
<\/span><\/li> - Strong diagnostic and problem -solving skills.
<\/span><\/li> - Proficiency with mechanical, electrical, and
hydraulic systems.
<\/span><\/li> - Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.
<\/span><\/li> - Excellent communication and customer service
skills.<\/span>
<\/li> - Must have your own set of tools<\/span><\/li>
- Valid driver’s license.<\/span>
<\/li> - Employment subjected to a pre -employment check.<\/span>
