Job Description
Brown Equipment Company is hiring experienced diesel mechanics! Our mechancis deserve the best! PAY AND BENEFITS: - Up to $35 per hour (depending on experience)
- Up to $2,500 quarterly bonus
- Quarterly tool allowance ($250 - $750; based on tenure)
- $150 annual boot alloance
- $7,500 referal bonus for other diesel mechanics
- 401(k) with company match

WORK-LIFE BALANCE: - 1st shift
- No weekends
- 40-hour workweek
- Uniforms provided
- PTO and 7 paid holidays
REQUIREMENTS: - At least 3 years of experience as a diesel mechanic
- Mechanical experience with heavy equipment and hydraulics
- Must have your own tools
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in diesel repair preferred
