Summary
The Heavy Equipment Mechanic (HEM) is responsible for the inspection, service, repair and preventative maintenance of the various types of company owned equipment. Using both company and industry standards, this role ensures all equipment is safe and road ready. This position involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing hydraulic and electrical systems, hydraulic steering systems, multi-axle alignments, chassis electrical, and air brake systems. The position also requires intermediate welding and fabrication work as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:
· The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $35.00 - $44.00 plus $4/hr. 2nd shift differential. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the hourly rate of pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
