Interstate Waste Services (IWS) is hiring experienced Night Shift Excavator Operators.

• Pay is $24.33/Hr

What You''ll Do

• Operate excavators and other heavy equipment in a transfer station environment
• Load transfer trailers safely and efficiently
• Move, push, and manage waste materials
• Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Follow all safety procedures and site traffic patterns
• Maintain production goals while operating safely

Requirements

• 2+ years of excavator or heavy equipment experience
• Experience operating yellow iron equipment preferred
• Waste, landfill, demolition, construction, or recycling experience a plus
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Strong safety record and attention to detail
• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
