What You'll Do:

As a Large Metal Packer, you'll be part of the crucial final stage of production-safely and efficiently packing large aluminum extrusions. You'll lift, secure, and prepare products for shipment, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. Throughout your shift, you'll work alongside a skilled team to meet production goals, identify non-conforming materials, and support continuous process improvement. Your attention to detail and safety orientation will keep operations running smoothly in a 24/7 environment.

Required Skills:

• Dependability, accountability, and excellent attendance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and ability to work quickly in a team setting
• Capable of working long hours on 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, stooping, and bending
• Basic math skills, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in multitasking
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or heavy physical labor
• Familiarity with safety protocols and material handling in a production environment
• Knowledge of aluminum alloys and documentation procedures

Preferred Educational & Experience Background:

• High School diploma or GED
• Prior experience in metal works or manufacturing is beneficial but not required-training provided!

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends
