Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders to complete various tasks.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to coordinate project activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints and site plans to execute tasks accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and project progress

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• MUST HAVE 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Proven experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor as needed.
• Valid driver's license
