Overview: 

The Cares Representative (or Rep for short) is a support role dedicated to serving the network of ProLift Branches and encourage engagement in the ProLift Cares programs by employees. The Cares Rep will be under the guidance and direction of the DIR Cares Manager. 

Responsibilities: 

• Operate withing DOT laws and regulations 

• Pulling Super Loads, Locals and Over-the-road hauls 

• Pulling over dimensional loads 

• Ability to pull FLAT RGN, Step Deck, Double and Triple Drop Loads 

• Driver will work on a team transporting super loads.

Required Qualifications:  

• Must have experience with axle weight distribution. 

• Experience with dual lane trailers, 9-axles, and hydraulics is a plus. 

• Must have high mechanical aptitude as the position will require the assembly of dual lane trailers and suspension girders and performing inspections and preventive maintenance. 

• Ability to run heavy equipment is a plus. 

• Experience with Port of Entries. 

• Clean MVR 

• Load securement capabilities 

• Minimum 5 years driving experience 

• Minimum 3 years of oversize heavy haul experience 

• HAZMAT endorsement is a plus 

• Flexibility to travel is a must, which may include weekends and overnight stay 

• Communication Skills 

• Reasoning Ability 

• CDL- CLASS A 

• Pre-Employment drug and alcohol screening required 

• Double and Triples endorsement
