Heavy Highway Project Manager Superintendent

Develop and implement safety protocols in compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Provide training and guidance to employees on safety and quality assurance practices.
Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
Maintain and update safety documentation and reports as required.
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Ensure all construction activities align with established quality standards.
Act as a liaison between management, employees, and regulatory agencies regarding safety concerns.

A successful QA Safety Manager should have:
Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
Experience in the property industry, particularly in the construction sector.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and train teams.
Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks in a construction environment.
Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and analytical skills.
