What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair complex engine, transmission, suspension, steering, and drivetrain concerns
- Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures to identify and resolve vehicle issues
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Conduct vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations
- Document repair orders and findings clearly and thoroughly
- Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of automotive technician experience preferred
- Heavy line, engine, transmission, and drivability diagnostic experience required
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Ford experience preferred, but not required
- ASE Certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional workmanship
