Sewer, Water and Drain

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate dump trucks used for hauling excavated material and fill.
• Operate sewer flushing equipment
• Operate snowplows and road sanders.
• Grease, oil and clean equipment.
• Run equipment such as shovels, compressors, jackhammers and pumps typically used by the department.
• Work on repairs to pipes and other malfunctions that may occur in the water/sewer/drain system.
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed by the department.
• Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS.

• Valid Massachusetts Class B Commercial Driver's License
• Must possess a CDL license and Class B Tank endorsement.

Salary

Start $1,090 Step 30 $1,311
