Help Desk Support Specialist Reports to: IT Support Supervisor Location: Battle Creek, MI The Help Desk Support Specialist is responsible for providing first-level technical support to employees at the facility. This position ensures the efficient operation of computer systems, hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and other technology resources by troubleshooting issues, resolving service requests, and coordinating with corporate IT and third-party vendors when necessary.
