Help Desk Technician

Duration: 12-Month Contract
Location: Onsite 5x/week in Camden, NJ
Schedule: Must be comfortable working an overnight shift and Sunday weekend coverage required.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 support and triage for end users
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Utilize enterprise-level ticketing systems and Active Directory for support and end-user verification

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Desk Technician, Help Desk Technician, IT Technician, or equivalent education, certifications, and technical background supporting Level 1 support and triage
• Excellent face-to-face customer service
• Strong communication skills
• Experience or exposure to:
• • Enterprise-level ticketing systems
  • Hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Active Directory and end-user verification

Compensation: $18.00 - $20/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
