Job Title: Help Desk Technician
Location: San Diego, CA (Remote + Travel)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide frontline technical support for a large-scale enterprise environment supporting 1,000+ users. The ideal candidate will handle help desk tickets related to desktop systems, Citrix environments, hardware setup, software installation, user account access, and day-to-day technical issues. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, strong customer service, and the ability to maintain service levels in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for desktop, laptop, and Citrix-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist users with account provisioning, password resets, and access-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems through phone, email, and remote support.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Ensure timely ticket resolution while meeting established service level agreements (SLAs).
Required Skills:
  • Experience in Help Desk or Desktop Support within an enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Client Office, Active Directory, and Citrix.
  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
