About us
We repair drywall, paint, and rebuild after damage across Chester County (West Chester / Exton area). We aim to construct happiness: do the job right, leave the home better than we found it, and treat every customer and teammate with respect. What you'll do
- Help load, unload, and stage materials and tools at each job
- Cover floors and furniture; keep the site clean as the crew works
- Assist hangers and painters: hold board, fetch supplies, mix mud, sand, haul debris
- Learn measuring, cutting, hanging, patching, and basic paint prep on the job
- Follow lead direction; ask when you're unsure; leave each room covered, clean, and complete
- Talk clearly with the crew and office about what you need and what you finished
A typical day
You start around 8am, ride or drive with the crew in a company vehicle, and work until about 4pm, Monday through Friday. Most days are inside homes: dust, ladders, lifting, and moving room to room. The work is physical. You will carry drywall, climb, kneel, and stay on your feet. We teach the trade step by step. Bring a good attitude and a willingness to learn; we bring the training.
Must-haves
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meet the crew / pick up the company vehicle
- Able to lift and carry materials, work on ladders, and handle a physical trade job Mon-Fri
- Ready to learn, follow direction, and show up on time
Nice to have
- Any hands-on work background (warehouse, landscaping, construction, manufacturing, or similar)
- Basic tool familiarity
No drywall experience required. We train.
